What are your rates?

EmpireState Suites rates are dependent on location, length of stay and time of year. We offer the best low rates in the industry and our rates are much cheaper than hotel rates. Please contact us for rates that fit your travel needs.

How do I connect to WiFi?

Locate the network and enter the case sensitive password found on the instruction card on the desk in your apartment. If you are having complications connecting, unplug both the wireless router and modem (the box connected to the router), then reconnect both and wait 5 minutes. If ESS networks are unavailable, ensure that your computer has all wireless settings enabled. If this problem persists, contact your computer’s manufacturer for further information. How are the apartments equipped?

EmpireState Suites designs its own residences to provide all the comforts and luxuries of home. Our designers are involved in choosing everything from the furniture and wall décor to the housewares and bed linens. Visit our amenities page for details.

Where are your apartments located?

Our apartments are located in residential neighborhoods close to business and commercial districts. Whether you desire proximity to work, school, shopping, entertainment, or public transportation, we have apartments that will suit your needs. What is the difference between a EmpireState Suites apartment and a hotel?

A hotel room provides little more than a bed and bath. EmpireState Suites offers fully equipped private apartments in residential buildings. Residents can prepare their own meals and enjoy plenty of space to relax after a fast-paced day.

What are the cost advantages of staying with EmpireState Suites versus a hotel?

There are several significant cost advantages. On average our rates are 30%-50% less than upscale hotels. There is more space and privacy, so residents can entertain or hold meetings without renting a separate room—and with a full kitchen, residents have the option to cook their own meals.

Are there laundry facilities?

Yes, there are laundry facilities in all of our buildings—many are inside the apartments themselves.

Is there housekeeping service?

Housekeeping is provided every other week. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged during your stay.

Are utilities included in the apartment rent?

All apartment rentals include a utilities allowance for gas, electric, local telephone calls, and basic cable.

How do you charge for long distance calls?

You may direct dial long distance calls from your apartment, or use a credit card, pre-paid calling card, or cell phone. Please contact us for direct dial long distance rates.

Are pets allowed?

In most buildings, yes. However, there is a non-refundable cleaning fee, and some limitations on weight and breed. Arrangements need to be made at the time of the booking.

What time is move in/out?

How may I pay for my reservation?

We accept most major credit cards, cashier’s checks, and wire transfers.
