Nearby our apartments you will find many restaurants; shopping at boutique and name brand stores and major malls.

“Einfach wunderbar! Der Ausblick, die Lage in der 37. Etage, die Nähe zu NYC. Im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer kann man zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit den Ausblick genießen. Man sieht Lady Liberty, Teile von Downtown Manhattan, Teile von Uptown Manhatten mit den Empire State Building, viele vorbeifahrende Kreuzfahrtschiffe. Mit dem Pathtrain (5 Minuten entfernt – Exchange Place) oder dem Watertaxi ist man schnell in Manhattan. Am Abend genießt man dann die Ruhe von Jersey City Waterfront. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Nach Downtown Jersey City auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Supermarkt im Gebäudekomplex. Sehr netter und immer schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter. Aller Fragen wurden immer schnellstmöglich beantwortet. Einfach unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wenn NY dann wieder hier!”
